The author arrived at Luoyang Longmen Station at 11 a.m. and went directly to the Longmen Grottoes. They had visited Luoyang before during a summer break but left the grottoes' entrance due to the heat. This time, they explored the site, sharing numerous photos of Buddhist statues, including the largest one which they found surprising. Their second stop was Luoyi Ancient City, which they found interesting but not very photogenic, though they did capture a picture of a quaint shop and the area near the exit. The final destination was Yingtian Gate.

Arrived at Luoyang Longmen Station at 11 a.m., then headed straight for the Longmen Grottoes.
I visited Luoyang once during the summer break of my sophomore year. My roommate showed me around most of the sights, but it was scorching hot that day, and we turned back right at the entrance to the Longmen Grottoes.
